Answer:
7 day cabagge soup diet.lose 10-17lbs in one week, no really!
there is alot of fad diets like cabbage patch that you could get on but once you come off of them you will just gain all of the weight back :(
Try to eat healthier and smaller portions. Then do exercises specifically for the hips.Just go on a crash diet those things are dangerous!
For me, I can lose weight and gain weight really easily. But I'm talking about 3-4 pounds. All you have to do is steer clear of junk food for the next week.Whoever shops for food should avoid junk food!Eat lots of fruits %26 veggies!Eat yogurt as a snack instead of cookies and drink water rather than soda.Follow the food pyramid!Speed up your metabolism and lose weight by exercizing-jog around the block, do crunches and push-ups, do yoga-for at least an hour daily! If you can do more, that's great!
Good luck!
This diet does work but should only be done for 3 days and then you have to wait 10 days to do it again. It should never be done twice in a row Its a chemical breakdown diet so you have to eat everything on it (no substitution) and even if you don't like it you still have to eat it. Here it is.Breakfast on the first day begins with coffee (no sugar), one half a grapefruit, and a piece of toast with 1 Tbsp peanut butter. For lunch, you are allowed a can of tuna, a piece of toast, and black coffee. Dinner consists of 3 ounces of chicken or lean meat, a cup of green beans, one cup of carrots, one apple, and one cup of regular vanilla ice cream. The other two days of the diet are relatively similar in meal quantity, though the specifics change, e.g. Day 2 recommends two beef franks for dinner in place of three ounces of lean meat. The diet claims that weight loss of 10 pounds is achievable over the 3 days that the diet lasts. good luck hope it helps.
