How can i loose 40 pounds in 4 weeks?

i am 13. i weigh 141 pounds and i am around 5'. i need to loose 40 pounds by the end of the month or i will get diabetes. i dont want to be anorexic or belimic-it can kill you. how can i do this?
Answer:
Well, I don`t really recommend this but go try these methods:I. Start conditioning yourself. Go outside (if its not rainy/snowy [yes it does snow in May!]) after school [earlier on weekends] and first stretch in various positions. Then, run from your house to the friend of yours that lives farthest away (if you can) then take a 10 minute break and run back to your house. Basically, just run a lot. Then, come home and lift some weights, if able to. Or, just lift heavy objects repeatedly. Then, eat nothing but veggies, fruits and water. Do the running after school and after dinner. About 3-4 hours apart.That`s a strict diet and must follow accordingly.II. Or, just don`t eat anything but fruits, veggies and water. And yes, that includes the bread crumbs in your pockets. Lol.
Now, with the first tip, I`m not guaranteeing weight loss because you may actually gain weight because of the muscle, y`know. But if you just need to tone yourself I recommend the first one. But just weight loss (and torture!) I`d go with the second.

its pretty much impossible, u can only loose about 10 per month, jsut eat better, its okay, your doctor will help you
40 pounds in one month is unhealthy...but try to eat healthy..intake less calories...and workout...u will lose weight and most importantly lose inches (which is always the good thing)...
like the answers before, it is very unhealthy to loose 40 pounds in about a month. it's almost close to impossible, because you would have to starve yourself to loose this much weight in such a short time.I used to be 5'3'' and i weighed 136 pounds. But after doing cardio (start by walking, then fast-walking, then jogging, ect.)
for 5 months, i lost 20 pounds. And for my food intake, i cut back on fast food (didnt have a hamburger for about a year now and NO MCDONALDS)
and didnt eat after 6 o'clock.dont try to cut back drastically though. Just control the amount and cut back little by little.hope that helped.
