How Can I lose 100 pounds in 1 month?

I am eating a healthy diet but I'll have my occasional twinkee or my occasional bar of chocalate. I'll also have Ben and Jerry's "half baked" ice cream wowwwww that stuff is good but only like 2 pints a week. I also eat at Mcdonalds rarely about 3 or 4 times a week and have been working the tredmill but I never seem to lose any weight. Why is god treating me this way? I workout like 15 minutes a day but never shed the pounds I just feel hopeless : (

first of all, mcdonalds 3-4 times a week is what's slowing you down. that stuff's unhealthy and you should know that!! eat a salad or homemade food. second, 15 minutes a day is not enough. at least 60 minutes a day is great.
thirdly, 100 pounds in 1 month will kill you basically. try 5 months because clearly you're not smart enough to know that it'll do damage for your body.

McDonald's 3 or 4 times a week is not rare and it's not "healthy." Also, you need to exercise at least 30 minutes a day to gain any sort of benefit from it.If you can just take baby steps to cut out the junk food and exercise more, i promise you'll see a difference!
