Well I dont know that kg's are but if you want 2 lose weight fast you have to eat 800 calories a day or less, mostly veggies (broccoli, lettice) and diet soda.. thats the super model anorexia diet :) And run run run, sweat as much as you can. Assuming you are actually overweight . . . Best way is to eat very portioned meals like the ones in the Zone diet. Basically only veggies and fruits for carbs, lean meats and light cheeses for protien. Your veggies should take up approximately twice as much room on your plate as the meat which should be no larger than the palm of your hand. Additionally water water water. A glass with every meal and plenty inbetween. Eat three reasonable meals and two small snacks a day to keep your metabolism going. Finally exercise! Whatever you like to do. Cardio is best for weight loss. Last bit of advice- don't wait till may 1st. Start today. why put off for tomorrow etc.
SOUP diet!!!
Any soup as long as not too fatty or creamy...
and EXERCISE for at least 20mins a day...REMEMBER THOUGH. if you have JUST soup for too long as soon as you go back onto solid food you will put weight back on... it will be more than before, and harder to get rid of, and can stuff up your metabolism.
There is a detox diet like this called "The cabbage soup diet..." You eat only the soup every day. plus one other item only... e.g. on the third day, you can only have the soup and bananas... it is designed so that by certain stages your body needs certain things. (potassium in the bananas for example) STAY totally away from soda... (even diet... honestly what r people thinking? it is so full of sugar)Keep to around 30grams of fat a day... (there is about 50grams? in one snickers bar... or Big Mac) so learn to read your nutrition guide on the side of your food packets... and count calories too. CUT OUT ALL JUNK FOOD... (but allow yourself one SMALL treat rather than succumbing to a whole packet if you must.)
Good luck, I hope you are doing this sensibly, but 10kgs is very unrealistic in such a short period of time, and can be VERY unhealthy in the short and long term, so just make sure you do your research. AND dont starve yourself, as your body will think it is in a famine and hold on to the fat.

My golly, it's May 8 now, barely a week to try if this will work. Just fruits and water for the night, heavy breakfast rich in protein, some simple exercises or brisk walking, then lunch consisting of some carbs and vegetables. Good luck !
