How can I loose 20 pounds in three months?

What type of exercise regimen would be appropriate, how many times a week should I work out, for how long, at what intensity etc etc what should I be eating/not eating? I'm very confused at where to begin.

That is an unrealistic goal and you are setting yourself up for failure. Aim to lose one pound a week. If you have never exercised before, start slowly. Walk 20 minutes as many days as you can and gradually increase the time. You must eat in order to keep your metabolism revved up. Try 4-5 small meals each day. You don't say if you are male or female or how tall you are so its impossible to give you exact calories. Stick to lean protein, whole grains and lots of fruits and veggies. This is a lifestyle change, not a quick fix.
If you are willing to us a special diet I would recommend the Cambridge Diet. It's a liquid diet that offers 100% of your daily nutritional requirements. You can either take it 6 times a day, or 4 times a day with a sensible meal. The frequency is a key to the diet. If your body gets use to eating every 2 hours, it's not going to convert the food to fats (as much). If you only eat one meal a day, your body goes into a "protection" mode. It thinks that it must store fat because it doesn't know when it might get food next. The only bad thing about this diet is that your stomach shrinks, which causes some pain. (It's good that it shrinks because you tend to eat less. It's just bad that you have too go through the pains. You should drink 8 glasses of water a day with this. This not only helps relieve the pain, it flushes out toxins, and keeps your stomach full. On the 3rd day you hurt a bit, and you want to eat everything you can find. When you make it past day 3 you don't even think about food.The best thing about this diet is that it actually reduces your stomach size, speeds up your metabolism by putting your body in a thermogenic state; and gives you 100% of your daily requirements. My brother and I went on this diet. I lost 27 pounds and my brother lost 25. It's not a fad diet. You should only stay on the diet for 2 weeks at a time. I know about 8 people who have been on this diet and done just as well. Some have lost more.Don't forget exercise is also very important. If you don't do so now I would recommend at least 3 days per week.FYI-My personal trainer is finishing his doctorate. His class did a study on about 20 different diets. This is the only one that they found to be true to their promises.Don't take my word for it (or anyone else's). Do your research. There are too many quacks out there.I hope this helps.

They say walking is the best form of exercise and it's free lol!! also I would think 2 to 3 lbs a week is a healthy weight loss. Drinking 6 to 8 glasses of water helps (add squeeze of lemon if you can't bare plain water) A healthy diet should include some treats but of course within moderation. Really it all depends on your weight right now and how active you are. The more active the more calories you will lose.
walk quikly for a hour every day eat heathy foods and if u got a bike rided as long as u want eveyday get a exercise dyd and do it and as for food u can only eat
fruit and veges
meat
couple slice of bread per day
salads
wheat bixs
premium or anything like that so u can put anything on it
and drink lots of water

How Can I Loose 10lbs In Five Weeks?

Well Really little over five weeks.I'm 5'1 and I'm a female my weight seems to go more to my hips so if everyone can tell me some good workouts and amount of food to eat that would be very nice.

There is no way anyone here can suggest to you an amount of calories to ingest daily. There are no cookie cutter fitness programs. Everyone comes with their own set of limitations and goals. With that said, you must take it into your hands to figure out your daily caloric intake. Just type that in, and you will find a bunch of sites that will calculate this for you based on your activity level, your body fat percentage, etc. It is possible to lose 10 pounds in 5 weeks. This will put you right at 2 pounds per week. Once you figure out how many calories you must take in, subtract about 250-300 from it. This is your new caloric intake per day. Now, in order to fulfill the other half of the deal, you must work out. Cardio, weights, stretching. This will knock off another 250 calories or so over the course of a week. Weight loss doesn't have to be complicated. You can take the guesswork out of it by doing all the things listed above. Also, there is no such thing as spot reducing. Your hips are your problem area, but when you begin to lose body fat, you will lose it from all over. You may find that your hips are the last to go. Just keep it up until you get the results you desire.

I am 5'6 1/2. 5'7 in shoes and I weigh 135. I just cant seem to loose the 10 pounds that I gained over Winter. Does anybody have any ideas? I want to weigh 125 lbs.

How can I loose 1 dress size in three days ?!?!?

Im a size ten and have lent my mates skirt to wear at the w/e shes an 8 but im a ten so its up by my bellybutton as it wont fit round my waste im not going to change the outfit its perfect. so how can I loose my waist or should I jus wear hotpants so no one can see my bum poking out lol ??

It's dangerous to loose weight too quickly. I wouldn't advise it at all. And I don't think you'll loose enough in three days anyway. Just make sure, to put it politely, that you've emptied your bowels. Wear a girdle. Or control top underwear.
Or give in and wear something else. Seriously. You'll probably be uncomfortable the whole time in that skirt.
Are you looking for a miracle? Wave a magic wand because without it, it is just not possible.

How can i look good by summer?

i want to look nice a skinny in like 60 days, and i was wondering how much weight i could lose in that amount of time. i would be on tow meals a day woth special k, and go running about 1/2 mile everyday, and do crunches, sit ups, jump on the trampoline, and scwats everyday? i also have strech maks on my sides, and legs. i was wondering if i lost weight if they would be less noticable. also guys who are about 16 if you saw a girl with strechmarks, but she had a nice body would it still gross you out? i have also tried to make them less noticable by using coco butter, but it hasn;t workes so are there any other suggestions on how to make there barley noticable,( preffabley in about a month)

Oh my gosh..you sound just like me a few years ago:)You can definitley look good by summer by doing that... but make sure you eat a lot of healthy food all day long..the special k thing will work..it's just hard not to get sick of it...Do extra cardio..thats the most important..For the stretch marks:I have them too. I've used cocoa butter and had treatments for them..they dont' go away..the only way I've noticed that they seem to disapper is when Im tan.The tan makes them camoflauged. Also when you lose weight they won't be as noticeable and when you have the tan too you won't really be able to see them.And more than 85% of women have stretch marks..it's almost impossible not to have them It's just natural. Theres really nothing you can do to get rid of them. Just keep your head held high and don't think that, just because you notice them and they bother you..that that's what everyone else is looking at..cause chances are if you don't make them a big deal..no one else will..good luck with everything
