How Can I Loose 10lbs In Five Weeks?

Well Really little over five weeks.I'm 5'1 and I'm a female my weight seems to go more to my hips so if everyone can tell me some good workouts and amount of food to eat that would be very nice.
Answer:
There is no way anyone here can suggest to you an amount of calories to ingest daily. There are no cookie cutter fitness programs. Everyone comes with their own set of limitations and goals. With that said, you must take it into your hands to figure out your daily caloric intake. Just type that in, and you will find a bunch of sites that will calculate this for you based on your activity level, your body fat percentage, etc. It is possible to lose 10 pounds in 5 weeks. This will put you right at 2 pounds per week. Once you figure out how many calories you must take in, subtract about 250-300 from it. This is your new caloric intake per day. Now, in order to fulfill the other half of the deal, you must work out. Cardio, weights, stretching. This will knock off another 250 calories or so over the course of a week. Weight loss doesn't have to be complicated. You can take the guesswork out of it by doing all the things listed above. Also, there is no such thing as spot reducing. Your hips are your problem area, but when you begin to lose body fat, you will lose it from all over. You may find that your hips are the last to go. Just keep it up until you get the results you desire.
1300 calories per day, and run for 30 minutes every day. By doing that, I've been losing 2-3 pounds a week.
when i need to lose a quick few I do the low carb 2 week plan.. It works great... I have also done the cabbage soup diet... It also works great.. Good luck..

If you are really interested in losing weight then this is the diet that works fast. In addition it is a detox diet, so you are cleaning out your system at the same time that you are losing weight. None of the vital food sources are left out.If you are serious about losing weight then search the web for 'cabbage soup diet'. There are a few variations of the cabbage soup itself so pick the one with the ingredients you prefer and then follow the seven day plan, which is the same for all of them. It works, I know because I use it every now and again. (And have been for many years) Mainly after Christmas. And don't worry, you don't ONLY eat cabbage. You lose 5kg+ in one week. (+- 11 lbs) but obviously only if you follow it strictly! (And drink lots of water! Possibly set an alarm on your handy that will beep you every hour during the day, then drink a glass of water. Many people say they forget to drink water until they are thirsty which is too late) Exercise regularly to increase weight-loss.Don't forget that this IS a Diet and not meant to be continued for weeks on end.
