well its gonna take some time, hard work, and dedication. work out for like 30 minutes every single day, do a lot of crunches and curl ups. Lift some weights, and as you follow this plan and as time passes by your body will start changing, and eventually you'll get the results that ur looking for.
Ummmmmm the only thing you can do to acheive that is i guess exercise.Try going to the gym and work out quite often. I also suggest you do 50 push -ups each day or more. And also 50 sit-up each day. Or more
