Need to lose 10 pounds in 3 days. Can I lose the weight on a juice diet? I workout for 1 hour each day already. Need help fast. Please serious and helpful answers ONLY!!! NEED TO LOSE 10 POUNDS IN 3 DAYS AND FAST.

10 pounds in three days? Good luck with that. PERHAPS an all liquid diet (maybe slim fast shakes?) and plenty of exercise will help you lose close to that, but only keep it up for the three days, and keep in mind, when you eat again, you'll gain it all back, and perhaps more. You'll lose mainly water weight, and you'll throw yourself into starvation mode, causing your body to store everything you eat from the fourth day on as fat, so ask yourself is it worth it? I don't know why you'd need to lose 10 pounds in 3 days anyways.but to me it wouldn't be worth it no matter what the reason.
You can't loose that many pounds in only 3 days... sorry --- don't push yourself too hard either---
well its not healthy first off but what you can do is work for 1 and a half hrs to two hrs. just eat alot of veggies and fruits. the juice diet will just make you very hungry.
You dont need to be losing that amount of weight in three days it is not healthy. the average is 2-3 pounds in a week NOT 10 pounds in 3 days. you can seriously hurt yourself and if you do lose that amount of weight it is usually water which will come back and could lead to dehydration
Its not healthy to lose more than 3 ponds a week, let alone 10 in 3 days.
Instead of trying to change your body, learn to love it. Im a bit chuncky, and Im proud.
Sit or ride a bike in a suana or run until you sweat it off...you should wear heavy clothes/sweaters or a rubber suit (if you dont have a rubber suit, wear a black garbage bag under your clothes...this will inhibit your skin's ability to breathe, keep heat in and make u sweat more). You can sweat out 10 pounds in a few hours, but, every 16 ounces of water/liquid or food you injest is 1 pound you will gain back. Work out like crazy and dont eat or drink anything for 2 days...yes, this is dehydrating yourself and is not pleasant but it will work
With weight loss, aim for 2-3 lbs a week.
If you lose more than a few pounds in a few days, all you're losing is water weight and it will come back.
You don't NEED to lose 10 lbs in 3 days. If you NEEDED to, you would have lost that extra 10 lbs through hard work and eating right.Or, just don't eat for 3 days. See what happens.
What are these suggestion of only eat this or that? If you are going to loose that much in three days do not eat period, also skip sleeping, try to do something active instead, if you do not sleep it will be like 6 days of metabolism at work. If you want to cheat you could use some cocaine to help stay awake and supress the appetite.
