How can i lose 10 pounds in 1 month?

i'm on a slim fast diet drinking slim fast for my breakfast AND dinner, and eating a healthy lunch. i also exercise EVERY day. but i only lost 5 pounds in a month. any suggestions? and please, no diet plans like nutrisystem, jenny craig, etc. and please, no pills.

stop wasting money.
find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)
eat what you want. cut your portions in half.
lots of water..and keep excersising.

Honestly you probably aren't eating enough. Forget the slimfast and eat a healthy (and fulfilling) breakfast, lunch and dinner with healthy snacks in between. This will keep your metabolism going. Combine this with 30 minutes of cardio 3-4 times a week and you will be well on your way. I know you said no diet plans but my best friend joined weight watchers and loves it. It's not a diet but rather a healthy lifestyle. She looks and feels FANTASTIC! Good luck!
Unless you really have to lose ten pounds a month, I would go with your current plan since it's healthier to lose five pounds in a month than ten pounds in a month.
But I would ditch the slim fast and replace it with vitamin water. And even if you're exercising every day, it's not a matter of just how often, but also how much. I would suggest bicycling or running for about five miles a day or whatever you're capable of, build up stamina and exercising will be easier.
If you want to lose more weight, you need to eat more. Not eating enough forces your body into starvation mode, which will usually prevent weight loss. I'm sorry, but any diet that recommends drinking meal replacement shakes twice a day is TOTAL GARBAGE.I'm doing Atkins and have lost a total of 15 pounds in my first three weeks, plus four and a half inches off my waist!. I never go hungry and I eat five times per day, in addition to drinking 64 oz of water per day. Aside from that, my skin looks AWESOME, I have a TON of energy, and I just feel better than I have in a long time!
follow these steps and you will lose wieght 1. do not starve yourself or eat too much
2. try to drink lots of water or low carb drinks
3. also try to stay away from diet coke they have just as much calories instead get perhaps diet rite
4. work out daily or take a mile walk around the nieghborhood
5.ALWAYS wiegh your self in the morning not after breakfast though just in the morning right after you wake up.
6. exersise 30 minutes a day for an example do something active for 10 minutes in the morning another 10 minutes in the afternoon then another 10 minutes at night
7. don't weigh yourself every single day or you will drive your self crazy do it once a week . i hope i helped
