it sounds like you have a good plan with the walking :) good for you! now with the walking you could probably cut 200 calories out of your day and just eat 1800... a very reasonable amount, which could mean cutting out a snack or a soda... or cutting back the juice you drink... i only drink water and sometimes milk now (it helps when you don't get your calories from drinks) just eat some real fruit instead.. you can keep track of this on sites such as fitday.com and calorie-count.com... i personally use fit day.. i just enter what i eat and the activities that i do and it shows me how many calories burned vs. calories eaten and so on... it is a very helpful weightloss tool. good luck it sounds like you are on the right track!
eat olives as a snack ... i heard they fill u up .. prevent u from overeating and can speed up ur matabolism =) try it. =)
3500 calories= 1 pound. if you burn 500 more calories a day you will lose 1 pound a week (or eat 500 calories less). or, you could do both and burn 1000 calories more a day and lose 2 pounds a week. that's a healthy weight loss rate.
i would say for about ure weight about 1600 u probely have a fast mastablism so by just changing you excersise habbits chances are you will loose weight..if you dont exersise now then just add an hour of excersise and u will loose weight w/o dieting
