ive decided to go on a strict diet.for two weeks im only going to have fruit shakes. 3 a day and thats it.for 6 weeks im going to have 2 fruit shakes a day and a bowl of soup in evening.for 4 months im then going to have a fruit shake in the morning, soup for lunch and an omelate for tea.hopefully after this course and regular exercise i will loose the 5 stone i need to loose.but how the hell can i stick to this diet if my hubby buys junk food and thinks that buying fruit is too expensive.im very tempted by food and this is going to be hard for me to do but i really want to do this. just seems so hard when theres crisps and microwave meals in the freezer.maybe sorting out the cupboards might get me in the mood?

Most people who diet in this way end up losing the weight only to put more on once they stop the diet. The best way to loose the weight would be to eat regular food but in smaller portions this way you wont feel like you are missing out on anything and you wont have that rebound weight come on by returning to eat regular food. Hope this advice helps.
Your diet is far too severe! You should eat healthily and sensibly every day of your life. Research has shown that diet fads are a waste of time and money.Get enthusiastic about real, good, healthy food instead, and inspire your husband too.Have a look at this website: http://www.whfoods.com/
That is a VERY difficult situation - but you can do it.Separate the cupboards in your kitchen into 'his' and 'hers'. Whatever he buys goes into his own cupboard and whatever is your choice goes into your cupboard. Select shelves in the fridge %26 freezer that are 'his' and 'hers'. You are NOT allowed to take anything from his cupboards or shelves. You are ONLY allowed to take things from your cupboard and shelves. It's crazy - it would be easier if he just made an effort to help you out with it and eat healthy too. You can definitely do it though - practice your will power starting today. :)Good luck!
yea- this diet sounds very strict. maybe to strict? 3 fruit shakes a day is practically starving yourself! have you gone to a dietian or doctor to see if this diet is right for you? is it a proper diet? it sounds very strict!
however, it is your choice so yes- sorting out your cupboard is a good start. maybe seperate the shelves 2 for you and 2 for your husband. also talk to him about it and maybe he could try eating healthy aswell- tell him ow important it is too you.
hope i helped you %26 good luck with the diet!
it is better to alter your food intake than cutting out everything and consuming only fruit shakes.
no doubt, you will lose weight but it affects your overall metabolism and it will be easier for you to gain weight in the future. In order to maintain the weight that you've lost, you will have to keep up the diet.
once you stop your diet, the weight just comes back, with your metabolism rate already affected.
introduce lean meat(fish) and vegetables into your diet, and cut down on portions of the 'temptations' that you had mentioned above.
the key is not to leave out something completely, but instead, eat less of it.
besides a balanced diet, you should also exercise. exercise is the healthiest way to lose weight. even a 15 min brisk walk would help.
but if the thought of exercise puts you off, then you should just keep to a balanced diet.
