I feel you sweetheart!! I am the same way...I have searched all over for this answer asking specialists and teachers...the answer that is most common is walking or running...there is no real excersize actually targeted for this area..however if you walk regularly or run you are gonna loose the "hip fat" as I call it.like I said I have searched everywhere for this answer and it is the common one and one that has worked for me.

Sorry to be the bearer of bad tidings...The fat on a woman's hips and thighs is next to impossible to get rid of. Biologically speaking, it is the source for the energy for lactation, and for the fat content of breast milk. Short of surgical intervention, once it is there, it is next to impossible to ditch...but not *quite* impossible.Also, "targeted training" does not work...it will simply tone the muscle *under* the fat, and not disturb the fat itself. However, if you exercise alot, you will (slowly) rid yourself of the fat from your hips - but also from the rest of your body at the same time.Incidentally, the exercise will have a side benefit - the more muscle mass you carry, the more fat and carbs you process daily for energy!Finally, decrease the amount of fat and "empty carbs" in your diet. Avoid "Starvation" binges - you'll actually put-on MORE fat as your body immediately processes all incoming food to fat once you stop starving yourself.
