How can i make myself more flexible?

i want to be able to do the splits and stuff!so how specifically
Answer:
Stretching will increase your flexibility. Always stretch when the muscles are warm. Take your time when you stretch. The exercises can be held up to 30 secs. Static stretching is better and safer than ballistic stretching. Your muscles will not become longer, but the connective tissues will, and this is what provides you a greater range of motion.
Stretching out your myscles. but when you do stretch dont bouce on the muscles. Krista
This is a gradual process. You need to exercise and get your muscles pumped up with blood. Then you need to practice your stretching every day. Find a video on Yoga, that will really help.
you should do yoga and polities it works your mussels and make u flexible.
