How can i NOT lose weight while toning up?

Ive been toning up this week,and i think i lost a pound.Im already thin,but i really want to tone everything up without losing weight! GOSH WHAT CAN I DO.i dont want to lose weight.what do i need to do??...does toning up make you lose weight??.

Eat more protein and drink plenty of water while working out.
Muscle weighs more than fat, so if you just want to tone, lift some weights and you probably won't lose weight, but firm up.
Make sure your calorie intake is high enough to sustain your current weight. Muscle burns calories faster than fat...
