How can I melt the fat away through exercise?

running is a great way to burn fat. you also get a full body work out when u swim, and dancing also works great.

Do high reps and ride the bike stationary bike for 30 minutes before you workout.
Jogging, fast-paced walking, biking. Lots of cardio
Make that between regular daily activities and excersizing that you are burning at least 500 calories more than you take in each day. Burning 500 cal extra/day = 1 pound of fat loss/ week.

a fun way to do it is to go and run laps or sprint up and down a small hill.or you could easily do curl ups and sit ups and crunches and all sorts of stuff. That'll turn your abs into steel.However, it is important to keep in mind that excersise and diet go hand in hand. If you excercise, you will be strong, but you won't be healthy and you won' t loose a ton of weight. Now, I don't mean go on a strict veggie only diet, I am saying just do away with the simple carbs(pasta, white breads, crackers, white rice,etc,) and switch to eating veggies, fruit, whole grain breads and crackers, plain yogurt(cream top-just plain is sick) Learn to make the disgusting foods tasty with another food you like. Like squash if you barbeque it it tastes fantastic. Any time you sweat you lose weight, so get out there with your shorts, t-shirt, and tennis shoes and lose weight. Good things you can do would be raquet ball, tennis, basketball, swimming, jogging, soccer,etc.extra tips:
If you eat more in the morning and less at night then it is easier to lose weight.good luck
