How can i recover my health back. my face is getting dried up. what things i need to do?

my face is losing its freshness day by day. earlier i looked smart but now i am depressed of it. i don't go outside my home too. Do i need to get up early in the morning and go outside. i have become a lazy person too.

if youre lazy, try doing simple exercise like walking in the park after working, walking to youre office i its just nearby, eat a lot of fruits because they have anti-oxidants to help clear toxins in the body, take any vitamin E which helps rejuvinate the skin.

hey im replying to the answer you left me. Funny thing is that im going through the same your are saying about being lazy. I think its just a coincidence. ABout the hypersex thing, I cannot sleep unless its taken care of. If I sit for a period of time, the feeling is uncontrollable. sounds like you need to get out and get you blood circulating again. If you exercise it stimulates blood circulation which will improve your skin. It will release endorphins so you feel good and it will speed the metabolism which can aid in losing weight, depression, laziness, digestion and much more. Its hard to get started when you get into those lazy ruts but if you make yourself do it for a week, you will be thankful.
You should drink lots of water. I am not really understanding your question, if you are getting lazy, you should exercise and find stuff to occupy your mind and body.
