How can I lose 40 pounds in just 3 weeks?

Impossible to lose 40 lbs. in 3 weeks.
Thats really pushing it, I dont think there is a healthy way to go about it
3 weeks is a stretch, but if you start now, you may be well on your way to losing weight. You should maintain a healthy diet and make sure to exercise often. Try to have sex as much as possible or just imagine you are 40 pounds less.
I agree 40 lbs in 3 weeks is pushing it but try a detox program along with working out everyday for at least an hour.
The detox will eliminate the waste in your system, you will feel ill at first but get through it because thats just your bodies way of cleansing. Good Luck!
that is so not healthy. a healthy weight loss rate is about 2 pounds a week.
only eat like once a day, drink only water. it worked for me once and i lost 20 pds. in like less than a month. i dont do it anymore, but if your desperate, try it
extreme diet w/ slimming pills? but i don't assure you you'll lose 40lbs in 3wks,but that might help as it did to my friend. she bought 4bottles of diet pills from me and lose 5lbs a week w/ extreme diet.
Funny, I asked my personal trainer the same thing yesterday at the gym and he told me, "Yeah, saw off one of your leg."Other ways he recommended,1. Stay in the wild ala Survivor
2. Stop eating, (seriously)

well, i would say you CAN'T lose forty pounds in 3 weeks. that is impossible unless you are water fasting. *BUT* by detoxing or eating just fruits and vegetables you could lose the forty pounds in FOUR WEEKS. that's an average of 10 pounds a week. i know that for a fact. true, it's not a good long-term fix but despite popular belief, they are healthy for a short term fix to get you on the right track...most detox diets contain all the food groups minus sugar and breads..so actually i don't see why it's said its not healthy.myself-i basically ate cabbage, peaches, peas, black beans(REALLY good for fat loss..a little high in cals maybe..but nonetheless, one of the best things for ANY diet-one thing it does is stabilize your blood sugar and that is very important), brown rice, etc etc...healthy foods but my daily intake was probably not that high. and obviously, i had enough energy to go about my day doing all the regular stuff .i was never hungry and i had energy to burn...so yeah, it's possible. just don't do anything TOO drastic. because in the end it all depends on your metabolism i suppose. some people have fast and can lose 45 pounds like that on a detox, others 20...good luck
