How can i lose at least 5 pounds in 9 days?

A Detox diet makes you lose pounds very fast (google it and you'll find many, including all-liquid detox diets, etc.). And it has the added benefit of, well, detoxifying your body. Many people do a version of the detox diet at least once a year for religious reasons (fasting) without even knowing it. A friend lost 12 in 5 days when he fasted. However, as was mentioned in the other answers, any drastic weight loss is not always good. Be sure to do your detox programme under medical supervision.

You shouldn't really lose more than 2-3 pounds a week.
You cant , it`ll take a little more time than that . When losing weight our bodies dont rush to do so . You just have to wait =)
That's a lot of weight in a short period of time. You'll have to make drastic changes. Exercise and diet. That's just a lot...I mean 5 pounds a month is more acceptable.You could be safer and use a body shaper for this quick period of time.

If you feel like you are weak, eat some protein. Drink a lot of water, crystal light or diet pop. NO alcohol - tons of calories, No candy/ needless sugar. Excercise everyday! Well, I'm sure lots of people will tell me that this is crap, but I have some friends that have tried the 3 day diet and they both lost weight on it. one lost 5 and another lost 6. So especially if you're trying to lose for a certain event, it should work. As far as how permentant it'll be, I can't say for sure. But who knows, maybe it'd be a jump start for ya. But anyway, I'd google the 3 day diet, I've seen many of them out there. They just have a specific list of what to eat and when. It's surprisingly not a starving diet either. Good luck!
