How can I lose 15 to 20 pounds in 2 weeks??

Dont tell me its bad to lose 15 to 20 pounds in 2 weeks just give me the facts on how to do it.Im 4'11 and 117 pounds and I want to lose 15 to 20 pounds in 2 weeks or maybe 10 pounds.I just want to look good for graduation.

of course you can, but you shouldnt be focussed on weight, you should be focussed on fat. Weight can be changed greatly in one night just by losing water. stop looking at the scale and look at the mirror. After all, isnt that what matters?*: after seeing some other answers, I just wanted to add one more thing...DON'T STARVE YOURSELF. If you don't get enough protein especially, then the muscle you break down from doing any activity is not built back up, and thus your metabolism is slowed, making it EASIER to gain weight. Also, if your body does not have all the essentials it needs, then cells can't run at their most effective levels. When cells dont work as much, they dont use up as much energy (calories). Starvation diets are bad, and not just on a morality sense.
Its not possible. You can loose up to 10 pounds by following a low carb plan but typically you will not loose much more than that even if you starve you will only loose water weight and store anything you do eat. You will not get the results your looking for.

I lied. Its VERY bad for you. The only possible way would be to use water pills to get rid of excess fluid, and at 117lb I dont think you have any extra fluid to get rid of.
Besides that, it is very dangerous to use as a weight loss aid since when you "evacuate" the fluid, you also take potasium, sodium, phosphorus and other electrolytes out of your system which can cause your muscles and brain to not recieve their proper signals.
Stay the way you are or eat salads, but there are NO quick loss plans for that amount of weight in that amount of time.
This is a bad idea, but i lost 8 lb in just 3-4 days due to starvation. I only eat 2 banana day and evening and drink a ot of water when craving. But losing weight is not a linear thing. If you lose 8 lb in 3-4 days, you probably will lose another two in the same amount of time
other then lipho but w/o u cant + its not healthy. just pace ur self and dont worry wut ulll look like during grad. its only a one time thing.

I would shoot for 1/2 that goal. Maybe around 8 lbs... LOTS of cardio and cut your calorie count for the next 2 weeks. Eat about 1/2 of what you would normally eat and keep drinking water... I cant stress that enough. You must have a calorie deficit in addition to exercise in order to lose weight.
it is possible. it is bad, you know that. i dont suggest it. but im a wrestler, ive lost more than in less time. but it is just water weight. so it wont stay off. and instead of looking good you will look sick. you'd just have to stop eating...yes stop. eat maybe once every three days. and work out constantly. please dont do it. its extremely unhealthy and unsafe. but good luck to you anyways...
Your a grad..No ones gonna care about your weight, they are just gonna be proud you just graduated..don't stress yourself over something so not important, be proud of what you'll have just accomplished!= )

Water and milk. Do you play DDR? You know that dancing game at the arcade? Play it. It's good excersise and it helped me lose 2 ibs that day. Plus, it's very fun.
