How can i lose 5% body fat in a month?

you just have to run a lot and you don't even need gym member ship and would say just run run and run. and look at the weather it is being so good since yesterday. So wear a sweatshirt and just run in the sun. i am pretty sure that you will lost to much weight. That is what i did and i also did to much sit ups in the night. and also dont eat after 6 p.m. that is bad. if you want to lost weight. so do some sit ups too. that is good to lost weight too.
jump roping is a great exercise to loose weight.get on a low fat diet and just jump rope like 30 minutes a day...if your diet consits of about 1200 calories you will loose a lot of weight...if it doesnt seem to come off that quick.go to a steam room and say as long as you can in there.
cardio workouts
Grab a knife and cut! No, but seriosly that wouldn't be healthy. Eat a lot of raw vegtables, drink a gallon of water a day, and do not eat after 8pm. This will clean you out, and make sure you exercise a lot (jogging, crunches, swimming, bike, etc) Good Luck

For a 20 year old the range is 130-170 beats per minute (220-your age x 65-85%)A healthy diet consists of a wide variety of fresh fruits and vegetables, whole grains, lean proteins, 8 g;asses of water daily, and non fat dairy products. Every thing on that list is low or non fat. Eat regularly, just don't overeat and you should lose a lot of body fat with the cardio helping out.Good luck!

Powder must be pure or else what's the point. 2 cups of protein shake every 2 hours which equals five 6 oz cups for the day. Drink 8-12 oz water after 1 hour of ingesting shake or more.Day 2 I eat nothing but fruit all day (every 2 hours I eat fruit). Drink 8-12 oz water after 1 hour of eating or more. For dinner I eat a salad (3-6 cups) with 6 ozs protein and a protein shake (12 oz water + 5 tbsp protein powder).Day 3 Same as previous day.The more raw food you get in the harder your body will work to burn it.
