How can i loose weight?

im in a modeling class that my mom sighned me up for and well im 134 pounds i fealll really fatt so how can i loose this weight ?

Most people's main problem is portion control. Try eating 5 or 6 small meals a day instead of 3 big ones, and get your meats, veggies, fruits, grains, and dairy. Don't eat after 7, and when you eat snacks, eat something healthy like fruit or a granola bar. Ask your friend to sign up with you at a gym. It would be a good way to spend some quality time together and it would be good encouragement.
