How can I lose 30 pounds by the end of July?

I'm getting married on July 28th. About a year ago I lost weight from exercising everyday and got down to a size 5. I'm back to a size 11 now. I have NO self esteem and I don't want to walk down the aisle like this. I don't have the money to pay for a gym membership, so I need help. Are there any diet pills that actually work? And what should I eat? Etc?

I tried numerous other over the counter diet pills with no success. Instead of losing weight the only thing I lost was my money and time. Over the counter pills don't work and are a a scam for your money!!A couple of weeks ago I heard about phentermine from someone who lost about 25 pounds in 2 months using phentermine 37.5 mg. Her cousin lost about 50 pounds in 3 months using it. Naturally I was interested in phentermine 37.5 mg and began to do some research on it. After my research I decided to give it a try.Phentermine works GREAT!!! So far in 12 days I have lost 9 pounds!!!I ordered my phentermine (37.5 mg) from a website called US-Pills.com and received my order in 6 days. They do have express shipping if you want to receive your order sooner. I paid $199.00 for 90 pills, which is a 3 month supply. I know that sounds expensive, but I checked NUMEROUS web sites and this site seemed to have the best prices and also seemed to be a legit site. If you can get a prescription from your doctor it would be a lot cheaper. Unfortunately, my doctor refused to provide me a prescription because she said I was not obese and she only will prescribe phentermine to obese patients. Since I've been taking my phentermine (37.5 mg) I've had great results. I feel like I'm melting. My closes are fitting loser and when I look at myself in the mirror after I get out of the shower I look and feel smaller. I take 1 pill per day as soon as I get up in the morning. About 30 minutes later I go to the gym. I feel so energized and have the best workouts then I have had in a long time. I am able to work out longer and harder. I eat my breakfast when I get home from the gym. I'm not hungry all day and have no cravings for sweets or bad foods like I normally would before I started using phentermine. Because I no longer have the bad cravings I eat healthy small meals throughout the day. Since I'm not hungry anymore, I'm probably consuming about 800-1000 calories per day. Phentermines is GREAT but, you should not use phentermine if you have or have ever had heart disease, high blood pressure, arteriosclerosis (narrowing of the arteries), hyperthyroidism (overactive thyroid gland), diabetes, glaucoma, or a history of drug abuse. As with any medication/drug it's always best to consult your doctor. PLEASE NOTE:It's true that I've lost 9 pounds so far using phentermine 37.5mg and I'm sure I'll accomplish my goal if I continue to use it. But, I also truly believe that my working out, eating healthy and drinking lots of water has a lot to do with the weight loss results. I don't think I would get these results with the phentermine alone. I firmly believe that regular exercise, eating healthy and drinking lots of water is very very important, not just to accomplish my weight loss goal, but for the rest of my life! If you lose weight with phentermine or any other weight loss aide(s) or diet(s) and fail to exercise and eat healthy regularly you will gain the weight back and probably more!!!Hope this was helpful and good luck in your weight loss success!!!

Walk for 2 hours exersice and go on a diet or take those pills that take 7 months to work

Diet pills don't work.Eat less. Eat healthier. Exercise more. That works.
Walk 3 miles 4 times a week, that should do it.
Cut all soda/pop out of your diet. Drink twice as much water as you used to. Exercise every day - walk in place, stretch, jumping jacks, sit ups, etc or buy a work-out dvd. Eat veggies and fruits in place of sweets and snacks. Cut your portions in half. Hope this helps. And don't take diet pills. Anything that sounds too good to be true, is. And is most likely harmful to your health.
Quick weight loss will throw your body into shock, dehydrate you and quickly make you ill. Reduce carbohydrates dramatically (we all should), drink a lot of water, and count calories carefully. Never eat fast food. You should be able to lose 10-15 lbs between now and the end of July. It takes time to get fat, it takes time to lose weight. Give your body a break.
My cousin lost weight by cutting out dairy products. She went from a D cup to a B cup and went down at least two pants sizes. Also walking and jogging and running. They have videos that can help you tone out your body. It is hard to get motavated but some people get motavated by looking at pictures, listening to music, or even haveing friends work out with you. Right now I am working out with someone on my lunch hour and it helps me to get motavated. But food can help you if you eat the right things and cut out the fast food, most dairy produts like cheese, sourcream, all the stuff that has fat in it. Even plan milk if you cut that out it will help. I lost five pounds when I went to Soymilk and I thought it would be gross but i really like it in my cerael.
Well, I am certain you look perfectly fine as a size 11. Of course, if you don't think so, then it doesn't matter much what anyone else says. You have to believe it yourself. Do some exercise.you don't need a gym...just walk a lot (or run, if you like that) and do lots of situps everyday.As for food, cut out all sweets, carbs and chips, etc. Eat plenty of veggies and drink a lot of water. You may not lose 30 lbs, but I guarantee you will look gorgeous going down that aisle. Guaranteed! Good luck and have a great day!!
dont take any pills!! you should stay away from white flour, junkfood, etc. and eat tons of lean protein like chicken and fish. look online for exercises that will target your problem areas. dont drink any soda or alcohol except on special occasions! drink tons of water (at least 2 big glasses per meal and then some other glasses throughout the day) you should eat about 4 small meals a day. and always eat something for breakfast! it really is the most important meal of the day. and for snacks, if you want a little treat then there are these fudge pops that have 30 calories and are really good! look in the freezer section for them, the brand is just country fresh..

PLEASE don't marry when you have low self-esteem. It's not good for marriage, and you most likely could be a part of the ever-growing divorce rate. Believe me, marriage is a partnership, and your husband will need the true you in marriage instead of the person with virtually no self-esteem.
Also I would recommend pre-marriage cousiling BEFORE you get married to keep your marriage healthy when you marry.
DO NOT USE DIET PILLS! They MIGHT help you get to your goal weight, but won't help you keep it at all.
Run when you wake up in the morning. If you run on an empty stomach, your body will be forced to obtain nurtients and energy from your fat reserves instead of from the food inside you.Eat less, but make sure what you do it is a fruit, vegetable, very lean meat, or something very high in fiber. Fiber makes you feel full, but actually helps to eradicate the garbage in your body and turn it into waste that you get rid of.And obviously, stay the hell away from sugars. They're terrible for your teeth and they're fattening.
eat healthy. 3 square meals.a small snack in between lunch and dinner. breakfast, lunch, dinner. homemade.
breakfast is the most important. do not eat late at night if you are not going to burn it off. if you feel like eating, eat a fruit ( i love to eat a bannana with milk).
excersize 5 times a week for about and hour too!

right first of all you need to push yourself out of your confort zone, walk to work if you can great exercise and you need to get to work try interval training where you walk for 2 mins fast and normal pace for 5 mins it gets you fit fast, move in between programmes on the tv run on the spot, jump about.try to eat alot of fresh fish, pulses, rice please dont cut out carboyhydrates as that is your bodys perferred fuel. try to not eat after 5pm and eat little and often to keep energy levels stablei wouldnt suggest diet pills you could go to a herbal shop and try herbal alternatives if you water retain try dandlion.
OK, at 3500 calories deficit per pound of fat you need to a total deficit of 105,000 calories. July 28th is currently 76 days away. So, if you burned an additional 1,381 with exercise each day or ate that much less each day you might make your goal. It's really aggressive though.Be careful of dropping your calories too low though. That could slow your metabolism and hurt you in the long run. Try eating meals every two hours to help keep your metabolism going.With a deficit as large as the one you need you'll obtain in through a combination of diet and exercise. Don't kill yourself though.

not to much fry or liver about 100 grams i guarantee you will get to the wt you want all ways weigh in every day good scales on hard surface not once a week when you loose the wt
still keep daily watch on scales
Eat healthy! You don't need gym membership! Find a public swiming pool and swim! Or buy a mini trampoline. Run a few laps outside. Run up and down stairs if you have to! Run around your house! Get moving and eat healthy! and no diet pills!
