How can i loose weight weight in my legs, what exercise can i do ?

When you say loose weight weight from legs only, i assume you have over all weight within 25 BMI(Body Mass Index). In that case you can plan you exercise in three parts:-
1. Running (remember not jogging).
2. The strength exercise like TEC-TAC etc.
3. You will still need to have controlled diet with less fats and more of protine( diet can be specified as per you age)
Be regular and you will achieve your destination.
Remember: You have only two eyes, so concentrate on the precess and result will follow, else if you have one eye on destination there is only eye available for journey. I hope things are clear.
