How can I lose weight fast before summer gets here??

hi sorry to tell you if you lose it too fast you will just gain it all back and more ,eat 3 meals a day do some exercise and drink plenty of water or add abit of cordial to it , i have lost 7 stone but it took me 2 years to do it ,i need to lose more ,just be good to yourself ,if you have a bad day draw a line under it and start again best of luck to you ,dont cut everything out you will just crave it even more ,exercise and no snacking in between meals and you dont have to have salad every night xx
You might think about trying this book called "The Movie Star Diet" by Steve Simmons. It helped me lose thirty pounds in 2 1/2 months when I didn't think anything would work. My goal to begin with was only 20 lbs! It has a really easy plan to follow and an excellent workout as well.
I eat 1000 calories per day and 6-7 times per day . in my first month I lost 11 lbs and by the second month 21 lbs two months may seem like a long time but it really is only 8 weeks for a bikini body

Watching your diet is key. First, understand what you basal metabolic rate is. This is how many calories your body burns naturally. After knowing this, try to keep your caloric intake under this. Cardio 1 hour a day will do the trick. oh dont eat after that by an hour. in 1 month i bet you'll see a difference.
