How can i lose about 5 pounds in a week?

i am 5 2 and weigh about 120 pounds and i am 13

Cut out anything with sugar or flour in it.(no bread or pasta) Pretty much just stick to meats, eggs and vegetables (no potatoes or carrots). You can eat a small amount of fruit.(no fruit juice or milk) and LOTS of water!
I don't think you need to diet, especially at the tender age of 13. Your weight sounds totally healthy. Why the week deadline?If you're desperate to lose weight, I went on a diet 3 weeks ago for my wedding and lost about 11 pounds. I had scambled eggs and orange for breakfast, small pieces of cheese and grapes for lunch and rice and roasted vegetables for dinner, followed by fruit and 3 brazil nuts, with a couple of bio yoghurts in the day.
1200 calories all week and nothing else to eat.. Also lots of water. Exercise everyday and you'll lose the weight. Exercises for only 1/2 per day and your good to go. Not that you need to lose any weight at 13 years old silly...But that should do it for you.
Dont eat after 9pm. Have a ceral breakfast. Basically have 3 meals a dat and dont eat in between. Drink lots of water aswell.Good Luck
