How can i lose about 3-5 pounds by Saturday?

I know it sounds unhealthy but my there is a swimming party on Saturday And I wanna look good in my bathing suit what can I eat?

sounds like your in GREAT shape to me... but if you eat salads and drink loads of Water ( no soda) and stay away from sugar, Pasta and junk food..you should drop a few pounds...

Drink lots of water, and eat whole grains instead of refined breads. Think protein and fiber.
The best way to lose weight quickly is to eat small portions of mostly protein and avoid carbs, and exercise. This is for the short term loss, and should not be kept up. For the record, 5'5" and 115 is very attractive. Also, if you want long term loss, the Cinch program by Shaklee has helped me lost 25 pounds in the last 2 months, and I am losing only fat. My muscle mass has not changed noticably.
Well you sound pretty damn skinny. But this should work and should be the easiest way. Two days before the swimming party, do a fast where you only have "negative calorie" foods like apples and celary, and things like smoothies (Odwalla and other healthy kinds).

That sounds like you're at the perfect weight! I'm only 5'3 and we weigh the same. But if you want to tighten up a little, just do some crunches, lunges, push-ups,ect. Don't over do it though. And eating, don't go on a diet, you'll end up gaining all the weight back when you get off of it. Just watch portion sizes. Have fun!
i wish i weighed 115 lbs...eat stuff that is light like rice cakes(yeah, that sounds gross), juice, a lot of asian food speeds up your metabolism like tofu. tofu is good because it takes on the flavor of whatever you are cooking it with. eat fruit and vegetables for snacks and try cheese and crackers. good luck with your party.
You are at a normal weight already. I ABSOLUTELY WOULD NOT RECOMEND THIS, but you may lose a few pounds by running in sweatpants and consume nothing but water (aka anorexia).
Note: this probably wouldn't make you look good in a bathing suit, you would be very, very pale.
you could drop alot of water weight, like boxers do before they weigh in the day before they fight.Its good for a short fix, but you'll gain it all back within the next day or so.They put on those rubber-like plastic sweat suits, that alow no air in, wear a thick winter cap, and then go out on a jog or on the treadmill. One gallon of water weighs like 8lbs or so, and you can shed half that pretty easily, but it doesn't look fun heheh. I don't know more than what I've seen on tv in a documentry... but if you are interested, i'd check out some boxing forums.
