The number one weigh to lose weight fast, if you are already eating healthy is to start running. Everyday get out there and run. It feels great and gets easier everyday.

sorry hun..im in the same situation..and ive looked into a whole bunch of stuff to loose weight fast. and so far nothing.but i hear detox diets work pretty well and arent bad for your health. you could try that . iam.
