How can i lose weight fast?

well like within a month or so...and around 10 kg...
diets wont help ppl, but yes i avoid junk food =)any one knows??

you cant. it takes time. just eat healthy foods and exercise. DO NOT use those gay retarded pills or anything. just lose weight naturally.

Diets won't help ? that's around 20 pounds in a month is a crazy target my friend.
