How can I lose half a stone and gain a very flat stomach in 3 weeks, minimal exercise if possible?

Hello,I am clearly very lazy! Does anyone have any good, easy to make recipes that will mean I can lose half a stone in the next 3 weeks. All the diets in magazines entail buying lots of new ingredients and completely chnaging my diet. I eat quite healthily at the moment but succumb to the odd naughty treat occasionally. Also, I do exercise approx 3 times a week, this is mainly walking. Does anyone have any easy to do exercises that will help to tone me? My life is incredibly hectic as the moment due to my work so I don't have much free time. When I get home, I like to veg, hence why I need quick and easy solutions.So basically I need a quick/easy solution diet and exercise regime for a very busy person.Can anyone help me, I would be very grateful!Thank you!

There is no way you can get a flat stomach in 3 weeks except by asking god to give you a different body.
do not eat, if you must, eat oily fish, celery and drink loads and loads of water, like 2-3 litres per day.
but a 'stomach rolling machine' it is easy to use, and rapid effects, you will ache after though!!.
drink caffine drinks, they speed weight loss.
sleep a long time in the night. sleeping burns lots of calories.
based on this regieme, you can lose between half to 1 kg per day ( aprox 1-2 pounds ), the heavier you are now, the more you will lose per day.

You can lose almost that in water loss, but it is temporary. Flat tummy is exercise in some form, sorry.
What may help is a 0 calorie treat. Here is one. Get some 10 cent no sugar powdered drinks. Get some tupper ware Popsicle forms. Add sugar substitute . Make something good for these hot days, and it relieves stress. Nobody has stress when sucking on a Popsicle. Don't bite it, you may damage your teeth.

I don't think you're being realistic about losing weight and toning in such a short time. If you're eating healthy overall, try completely avoiding the naughty treats for 3 weeks, and instead of walking, run. Do not drink soda, even diet, and don't drink carbonated beverages (the diet ones do not make you gain weight, but they make you bloated)
