How can i lose my love handles by june 1st?

or atleast make them smaller?

get an exersize ball. lay down and put your butt a few inches from the ball with your feet flat on the balls face. do situps going down slow after holding for 10 seconds each one. switch off sides leaning to each side with center crunches in between. do 15 of each 3 times a day 7 days a week for this whole month and waa la! lol you will lose and estimated 5-7 lb. in your stomach and love handles =]]
