How can I lose ONLY belly fat and gain weight everywhere else?

I know it's weird but I'm the skinniest fat guy that you have ever seen.. Skinny legs and arms and I'm 6'1. Only problem is belly fat.

ok so far Amiboo is the closest here...Now listen up. if you want to tone your stomach and gain some serious mass(muscle) you need to avoid cardio for a while. get to the weights. Some people think they have a great idea when they say they are going to get skinny AND THEN build muscle.. they are wrong! skinny people STAY skinny.. they do NOT get muscular. if you want to tone your stomach just lift weights and make sure you work all over the body with different weights. sit-ups are good but if there is a machine I'd recommend that first. if you have a little chub that is GREAT!! because u have the extra chub you will gain muscle much much faster!! so lift weights for awhile and try to take in a LOT of protein.. it is recommended that you take in 1Gram of protein per pound of body weight... Ex. 190lbs = 190 grams of protein EVERY DAY! if u fall a little short thats fine. I would suggest lifting for about 3 weeks out of the month and then 1 *rest* week of cardio. The reason I suggest avoiding cardio is because you will lose weight really fast and it is so much harder to gain muscle if you don't have the body for it. If you follow my advice and take the protein and lift weights you should stay about your same weight but with a tighter more defined stomach and some huge limbs to go along with it! if you do this for even 2 months you will feel great and notice some amazing changes! good luck! feel free to e-mail me if u have any questions.
why dont you just loose your belly fat and become healthy??
if you still think your too skinny in places, build muscle.
you'll be a stud!
well you cant really just lose belly fat. Just lift weights, do sit ups, eat healthy, and do some jogging or running.
start doing some cardio. Summer is just around the corner , go to swimming pool, beaches.. run a lot.. and cut the fat in ur diet and increase ur protein intake and take half carbs as much as ure taking protein... ya..that shud definitely work. Good luck.
You can't spot reduce. It is not possible! You just have to eat healthy and workout and the weight will come off, but you can't pick which spot you want the weight to be lost from first.
You need a cross training program with both aerobic and weight training. The aerobics will burn calories quickly to loose weight. The weight training will tighten and tone the muscles of your belly and back so you don't look overweight ,as well as build the muscles of your arms and legs so they don't look skinny.
When we want to get rid of body fat, there is no way to specifically burn fat from one part of the body. Doing situps won't burn the fat that is covering your abs and doing tricep extensions won't get rid of the fat that is covering your triceps. The only thing you can do is lose weight all around and eventually the problem area will also improve. The way to burn fat is through a calorie restricted diet in conjunction with an exercise routine that will burn calories. Activities that burn calories include running, biking, swimming and other high intensity activities.Guide to Reducing Body Fat - http://www.straighthealth.com/pages/guid...

you need to do exercises that can make your tummy smaller.. even if i don't experience that problem, i think it can help.. gudluck!
