How can I lose weight and flatten my tumm?

I'm 5'2" , 17, and weigh about 117. I guess I'm pretty thin, but I'm self-consious about the pudge on my stomach. I'd like to get rid of it--I can't afford a gym membership. What are some excersises I can do in my bedroom and how do I do them correctly?I work at a fishing club so I basically eat the leftovers from the guests' meals--lots of rich, unhealthy food, but that's my only choice unless I want to starve at work.
Answer:
Losing weight is a simple equation: if you burn more calories than you eat, the weight will come off. Start off by estimating how many calories you burn each day using the calorie calculator http://straighthealth.com/pages/tools/ca... This will give you an idea of how many calories to eat. Healthy weight loss is 1-2 pounds per week. To lose 1 pound per week you need to create a calorie deficit (burn more than you eat) of 500 calories per day. To lose 2 pounds a week, you have to double the deficit to 1000 calories per day. You can achieve this by eating less, exercising more or a combination of both.Guide to Dieting - http://straighthealth.com/pages/guides/d...

You can do pilates at home. It's very effective when done correctly and consistently. You can buy a DVD at Wal-Mart or Target if there are any of those stores near you. And why don't you just bring your lunch to work? Pack something healthy and eat that instead of what they are serving.

Try bringing a snack with you to work instead of eating leftovers. You can easily go jogging, do sit ups, push ups, lift light weights, or buy an exercise DVD.
