How can i lose body fat around the stomach area and increase muscle?

Frist overall all you need to do is do sit ups and TV exercises .
do house work ,and eat veges
do aerobic exercises for 20 minutes everyday, (walking, jogging, cycling) and sit ups would help
ah, the same situation i'm in.it's pretty simple, no complex stuff. so here it goes:Do plenty of cardio ( 30 min + ) because cardio is the FAT burner.to increase muscle do a variety of stomach exercises such as crunches, situps, jacknifes, oblique twists etc etc.NOTE: KEEP A HEALTHY DIET- this is the key to kepping fat off. The diet factor is the main thing.
since we cant choose which body part to lose the weight off it just has to be overall weight loss.
everybody has different body parts fat reserves are most likely being kept.
find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, weight training (dont work on same muscle groups every day - they need time to recover)
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)
Sit up, push up and biking. Doing yoga is best!! And avoid soda pops and fatty food. Eat a lot of vegetables.
