How can i lose a few pounds before this saturday? i need a debloating diet or something.?

this saturday is prom! %26 i'm usually a very healthy person, %26 i know it most definatly wont be permanent, but i want to lose a few pounds before prom. i need a diet that can help me lose some water weight %26 de-bloat me! help help help please!

I'd recommend what I call a "fruit juice" diet. Remember, this is a quick fix, NOT a long term thing!! You will do SERIOUS damage to yourself by doing something like this long-term.For the next three days, avoid eating solid foods and drink juice only, with lots and lots of water. Fresh pressed juice is best, but if you don't have a juicer, then get fresh not-from-concentrate (and preferably organic) juices. Any grocery story with an organic section will have a good selection. Drink 100% real fruit juice only, nothing with added sugar. You may feel a little weak and tired these first three days, so take it easy, avoid sports, the gym, and any rigorous activity. Relaxing and letting stress melt away is part of this process.For the rest of the week up until prom night, integrate some fresh fruits and vegetables. Try to eat only one kind of fruit/veggie per sitting every 4 hours or so (3-4 meals per day), and eat until you feel satisfied. Drink a big glass of juice around 4:00 in the afternoon. If you feel weak or shaky at any point, a small glass of juice will usually make you feel better until the next mealtime.By prom night you should be slimmed down, relaxed, and feeling better than you did towards the beginning of the week. Although fruits and vegetables generally don't offer much in terms of protein, they're packed with vitamins and minerals your body desperately needs. Have several snack-sized meals the day of your prom, and incorporate some protein by way of nuts, small slices of cheese, or 2-3 oz of chicken or fish. And if this exercise works as well for you as it did for me, you'll have a TON of energy to dance the night away!!Oh, and sorry to sound like a mom or overbearing big sister, but drink plenty of water on prom night, and no alcohol. A low or no carb diet is a simple solution. Some people can lose up to seven pounds in the first week. Although this type of diet is a quick fix because what you lose is basically water weight. Before my prom I did a strict low carb diet for two weeks before my prom, because I have a vintage dress which was a little tight, and I lost eight pounds in two weeks. Make sure to drink lots of fluids. Good luck!
Best way to debloat: drink lots of water, and stay away from very salty, greasy foods. Also avoid white bread and pasta (use wheat instead).
