How can i loose weight I try not to eat carbs after 1pm?
Answer:
Eat every three hours (9,12,3,6,9)
Eat small meals at each sitting that contain:
lean protein (palm or your hand or deck of cards)
carbs (rubix cube or a closed fist)
fruit and vegetables (2-3 DVD covers)Engage in 30 minutes of moderate physical activity 5 times or more per week.You will lose about 1kg (2 lbs) per week.Hope that helps.
You should try to not eat anything after 1pm or before it, if you want to lose weight.
