How can i loose weight?

Jeez...is "Lose" really such a hard word to spell?
I'm not sure. Loose = opposite of tight. Lose = to misplace, take off; opposite of win.
STOP EATING SO MUCH
EXERCISE change ur diet, cut out soda %26 candy %26 fast fods.drink more water..
just limit all kinds of oily food!i knw hw hard it is but..uv gotta do it!!give all da junk fud u eat nd drink allllottt.of green tea!!!morning noon nd nyt!!!drink alotta lime juice nd exercise on a regular basis!!datl surely work!
The way that it works good for me is drinking every day 4 glasses of water, walking 20 minutes and not eating just before going to sleep.
