It will sound ridiculous, but it works and its much cheaper... drink water, water helps flush out your system, in every way. Doctors say that it doesnt matter what you consume, that antibiotics and creams are the only way to clear your face... but its not necessarily true... just more water, it will help you lose weight and clear your face! :)
Don't eat dairy products. They are high in calories and also promotes acme (pimples). Eat a lot of vegetables, and grains. Grains are filling, fairly low in calories, and high in protein. Good Luck
Drink lots of water and dont drink soda...There is a greentea soap you get it at the health food store...its helped my daughter beyond words...good luck...
I think losing weight is nothing to do with diet....
Go for exercise daily....
avoid Chocolates to avoid pimples..
Go for ayurvedic medicines if u have pimples
