How can i lose 5 pounds in 1-2 weeks without going to the gym?

my sisters always tell me that im the only one who's fat in our family. i want to lose weight so that they wont tease me again. how can i do that without even bothering to go to the gym.

First of all, that is real rude what your sisters are tell you! You shouldnt want to lose weight so they'll stop teasing you, do it for you and because YOU want to! A few little things to do are cut back on the soda and drink lots of water, no fast food, and walk as much as often as you can. I lost 15 lbs. within the last 5 months doin that.

What your sisters are saying to you is sick. They are probably just jelous of something you have that they dont, dont change who you are for them.
That's really mean of your sisters to say that to you. You shouldn't change to please them or to get even with them! But if you want to lose the weight just for you...Only eat 1200 calories per day and cut out all soda and junk foods. If you can, go jogging every morning before you start your day. You would probably lose like 3-4 pounds a week doing those things.
about the only thing i know that works that quickly is to cut something off...why not drink lots of water and walk a bit instead...
That much weight is border-line dangerous.Besides, if you exercise to loose the weight, you will actually put on MORE weight...muscle weighs more than fat.
you need to loose weight for your self don't starve yourself trying to be the perfect image someone else wants you to be 5lbs in 1 wk thats going to be tough just drink alot of water eat a 3 well balanced low portion meals snck through out the day drink juices, speed walk, run and exercise from your room but don't over do it. do it for you and no one else. then when you loose weight shes gonna find something else to tease you about. you need to just do your hair wear make up nice clothes and shoes make friends and don't be a nerd.

Man your sisters are harsh. They may be calling you names to make themselves feel better. Either way, if YOU feel like you wanna lose some weight, cut out the junk foods, drink tons of water, and be more active. You can easily lose 5 pounds in a week if you are just getting started, most of it is going to be water weight, but you will lose those 5 pounds nonetheless. If you want to lose fat weight then its going to take a lot longer and you should only be losing 2 pounds per week at most. If you dont want to go to the gym, go to a high school or a park or anywhere you can run.Try doing an HIT routine,
Warmup for 4 minutes, sprint 30 seconds then jog/walk 30 seconds, do this for 8 minutes, then do a 4 minute cool down jog. This routine will really kill you but it helps melt that fat away.
